Located at 202 Lachlan Street is a large public hall with stage and kitchen. The Hall can you be used for functions, presentations, exhibitions, and stage plays, and can seat up to 200 plus seating.
The Hay War Memorial Hall currently houses the Hay Art Group, and regularly host exhibitions from the Art Group and the Hay Patchers and Quilters. The Hay photography group Shutterbugs, has a display of local photographers on permanent display.
The Hall also has the 1988 Bicentenary Quilt made by the Hay patchers and Quilters.
