Justice of the Peace

Council has several Justices of the Peace (JPs) available at its Administration Centre; however, availability cannot always be guaranteed as JPs may not be on site at all times. Members of the public who require a JP are encouraged to contact Council in advance to confirm availability. Alternatively, JPs located within the local area can be found by visiting the NSW Department of Communities and Justice website at Find a JP, where you can search for and contact another JP in town.

Access to the Old Tip/Landfill Site is by appointment only, please contact our administration office for more details on (02) 6990 1100. 

Pre-arranged appointments will only be during normal opening hours on weekdays, and by reporting to the staff member on duty at the Waste Transfer Station.

Booligal and Maude Villages have waste trailers are made accessible 24hrs/day to village residents.
